SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At The Charm House, every order is carefully packed and shipped with attention to detail. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains our order processing timelines, delivery estimates, tracking process, and shipping charges.

Shipping Timeline

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours after order confirmation.

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on the customer’s delivery PIN code, location, courier availability, and serviceability.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS and/or email using the contact information provided at checkout.

Order Delivery

Please inspect your package at the time of delivery.

If the parcel appears tampered with, damaged, opened, or in poor condition, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately.

The Charm House cannot be held responsible for parcels that are accepted in damaged, opened, or tampered condition.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and/or email. You can use this link to track your shipment until it is delivered.

If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact our customer support team.

Exchange Reverse Pickup

We offer reverse pickup for eligible exchange requests across most serviceable locations in India.

In certain locations where reverse pickup is not available, customers may be requested to ship the product back to us using a reliable courier service at their own cost and risk. If applicable, our support team will guide you through the process.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders of ₹299 and above.

A standard shipping charge of ₹70 applies to prepaid orders below ₹299.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.
