Order Delivery

Please inspect your package upon delivery.

If the parcel appears tampered with, damaged, or opened, kindly do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately. The Charm House cannot be held responsible for parcels accepted in damaged or tampered condition.

Exchange Reverse Pickup

We offer reverse pickup for eligible exchange requests across most serviceable locations in India.

In certain locations where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to ship the product back to us using a reliable courier service at their own cost and risk. If applicable, our support team will guide you through the process.

Tracking Your Order

Shipping Charges
