RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns & Refunds

At The Charm House, each piece is carefully inspected before it is packed and shipped.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds on any orders.

However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will be happy to assist you with an exchange, subject to the conditions below.

Exchange Eligibility

An exchange request will be considered only if:

  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories are included.
  • A clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video, along with clear photographs, is provided as proof.
  • The issue is determined to have occurred during packing, fulfillment, or delivery.

The Charm House reserves the right to decline exchange requests that do not meet these requirements.

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, please email us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your Order Number
  • Product Name(s)
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A clear, unedited, unboxing video
  • Clear photographs showing the issue

Requests received after 24 hours or without sufficient proof may not be eligible for review.

Exchange Process

Once your request is received:

  • Our team will review the details and supporting evidence.
  • If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
  • After the returned product is received and inspected, a replacement will be dispatched.
  • You will receive an email once your replacement has been shipped.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Exchange Shipping

If your exchange is approved because the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, The Charm House will bear the shipping costs associated with the exchange.

If the issue is not found to be our responsibility, any shipping costs incurred will be the customer's responsibility.

Order Cancellations

Orders are processed shortly after they are placed. Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed once they have been confirmed.
